When making a home loan decision, you want the process to be fast and stress-free. Make sure you get the best loan for your specific needs. You also want to work with a lender who is honest and has a commitment to integrity and personal service. After all, the choice is yours!
You can select a lender of choice based on past experience, the yellow pages, a friend of the family, or simply use the web. However your choice is made, please be sure that you can count on their performance to get you through the closing and settlement process. If you are not satisfied with your first selection, choose another lender early in the process so as not to delay any part of your transaction.
I have worked with many mortgage lenders and title companies and I am happy to be able to recommend them to my clients when a request is made.
Please do not hesitate to call and request assistance for this most important aspect of the home buying process.
